Team building and seminars
A hall for 25 or 60 people, coffee breaks in the seating corner in front of the villa and meals without leaving the building.
Sports training
Training camps for children and sports teams, with full board. Time in a new basketball and football hall can be arranged.
Summer camps
Both lakes are a five to ten minute walk away, and the yard and summer house are the place to get together.
Celebrations
Celebrations in a hall or in the yard and summer house, with a barbecue, and rooms for guests who stay over.

Kitchenette, fridge, toilet and barbecue. In front of the villa there is also a corner for morning coffee.
Full board
Three meals a day from our kitchen
Breakfast, lunch and dinner for the whole group, with no need to look for a restaurant. Individually: breakfast 450, lunch 900 and dinner 850 RSD. For groups of 30 or more people we agree the price of rooms and meals together.
Off-season
Open in winter too
The whole building is heated, so we host training camps, summer camps and seminars all year, even when most places nearby are closed. Parking is free and on the villa grounds.

- There are 45 beds in 16 rooms. Groups of up to 45 people usually book the whole building.
- What does a group stay cost?
- For groups of 30 or more people we agree the price separately. Send an enquiry with your dates and the number of people.
- Are you open off-season?
- Yes, all year. The whole building is heated.
- Is there space for sports?
- We can arrange time in a new basketball and football hall.
