About Vila Marija and the rooms
Accommodation in Bela Crkva, a five to ten minute walk from the City Lake and Vračev Gaj Lake. Sixteen rooms, a garden with a summer house and free parking on the property. We are open all year and the whole building is heated.
The villa
A house with a garden, on a quiet street between two lakes
In front of the villa there is a seating corner for morning coffee, and in the garden a summer house with a kitchenette, fridge, toilet and barbecue for about 40 people. For meetings and celebrations there are two halls, for 25 and for 60 people.

Every room has its own bathroom with a shower cabin. Prices are per room, per night.

- Yes, every room has a bathroom with a shower cabin.
- Do the rooms have a terrace?
- Most rooms have a terrace or a balcony.
- Are there bunk beds?
- No. All rooms have double beds or regular single beds.
- Can I bring my pet?
- Yes, the villa is pet friendly. Just let us know in advance.
- Is parking free?
- Yes, parking is free and on the property.
- Is breakfast included in the price?
- No. You can order breakfast, lunch and dinner with your stay, at the prices in the price list.
- Are the rooms heated in winter?
- Yes, the whole building is heated and we are open all year.
